職位描述

工作職責：

1. 負責主持風電廠的整體管理工作。

2. 負責組織風電廠學習貫徹公司的各項規章制度。

3. 負責組織風電廠年度各項計劃基礎數據的整理、報送工作；

4. 按公司下達的經營指標，組織編制年、季、月計劃并負責組織實施。

5. 負責風電廠的安全管理工作。

6. 根據公司安排并根據電廠的實際情況協調好電廠的運行和檢修工作。

7. 配合基地公司開展設備技改大修工作。

8．組織開展本單位員工的安全及技術培訓工作。

9．負責對本單位員工的工作業績和能力態度的考核工作。

10. 負責對基地公司各專業工程師對本廠的技術支持和技術培訓的考核和監督工作。

11. 負責風電廠的團隊及能力建設；積極配合公司職能部門進行企業文化建設；支持單位伙食委員會的各項工作；組織開展風電廠員工文娛活動。

12. 負責風電廠資產管理工作，組織開展電廠的信息報送工作。

13.負責風電廠對外關系的協調工作，配合甲方開展電量營銷工作。

14.完成上級領導交辦的其他工作。

任職資格：

1.有從事現場生產管理工作八年以上的工作經歷。

2.具有大專及以上學歷；具備中級及以上專業技術資格

3.管理知識：受過管理知識方面的培訓，具備一定的管理知識。

4.變電知識：掌握變電系統知識及變電事故處理。

5.風機知識：掌握風機維護、檢修知識及故障處理。

6.安全知識：熟悉安全知識、安全規程、安全工器具等。

7.掌握電力生產的運行管理知識，能結合運行管理的特點做好運行管理的各項工作。

      Beijing Concord Operation and Maintenance Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd.  (Concord O&M for short) is a subsidiary of Concord New Energy Group（0182. HK）, and a leading comprehensive technology and service company in renewable energy industry. Founded in 2007, it has over 15-years’ experience in operation and maintenance, asset custody and technical services for renewable power plants.
