1、持雙證；

2、線路巡檢、消缺（具體絕緣瓷瓶更換、導(dǎo)線壓接等）；

3、熟悉線路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，能判斷線路故障。

4、110、35kV電壓等級(jí)登塔
