職位描述

1.組織本值員工深入學習運行規程、安全規程，并在操作過程中嚴格按照運行規程和安全規程開展工作。2.組織本值員工進行崗前安全培訓。檢查安全措施準備情況，觀察并判斷本值員工的狀態；組織本值員工工作結束后的安全總結工作，并形成有效記錄。 3.服從調度指揮，接受調度命令，加強與調度的溝通，最大限度的減少本值限電損失。 4.在風電廠相關領導的指導下，組織倒閘操作； 5.認真學習各類事故預案，發生事故時采取有效措施，防止事故的擴大；并在第一時間匯報相關廠領導。 6.按照風電廠設備巡視規定組織本值員工做好設備巡視工作，及時發現缺陷和異常情況。 7.按照公司規定的《交接班制度》做好交接班工作。 8.負責當值期間運行日志的記錄，負責風電廠當值生產信息報送。 9.負責對操作票進行審核，并將操作票上報相應的三權人審批、執行。 10.定期組織本值員工的技術培訓、交流，定期組織本值員工的安全活動。 11.完成領導交辦的其他工作任務。
