華南區安全質量主管

職位描述

崗位職責：

1、  負責安全質量巡檢、檢查驗收及評估工作，驗證工藝標準的落實情況，對于所查的問題及時處理，并做好記錄。

2、推動現場安全質量問題的處理，負責前端安全質量問題收集、解決、現場驗證，督導現場落實相關的工藝標準，避免批量性機組不符合項的發生。

3、策劃組織質量培訓，對安裝、調試、維護等工藝進行學習，按要求完成新員工入場安全培訓及其它安全質量賦能培訓，并確保培訓效果。

4、按要求組織、參加安全質量會議，并確保所有人員對宜貫的安全質量規范、材料、案例、通報等內容清楚了解。

5、協助區域安全質量監察經理對本區域內安全質量工作實行監督管理，作為信息接口人與客戶、項目有效溝通、確保公司、客戶管理要求、標準有效落地。

6、定期對本區域內所轄項目安全工器具、計量工器具等進行查驗，確保所轄區域的安全設施、安全防護用品、用具、安全警示牌等在位、有效。

7、完成上級部門交辦的其它任務及公司各部門間協同、配合工作。

崗位要求：

1、  有遠景工作經驗或遠景風機工作經驗者優先。

2、  5年以上相關工作經驗

3、  熟悉風電圈內質量安全生產標準以及相關的法律法規

4、  風電集團內部相關經歷者優先

5、  工作積極主動，責任心強，能接受并適應出差
